Refund policy
 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Pagan Angel you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt for either an exchange or a full refund.

• Items can be returned direct to Pagan Angel at 34 The Highway, St Neots, PE19 5DA including a copy of the dispatch note to ensure prompt processing of your refund.

• When returning goods to Pagan Angel, the item/s needs to be in its original and unused condition accompanied by the box and a copy of the dispatch note.

• For your own benefit, when returning an item direct to Pagan Angel, we suggest using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure there is proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit, although we can only refund the postage costs if the goods are damaged or faulty.

• Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please email us within 3 days and arrange to post them back to us. We will then reimburse you these extra postage costs. Please contact us first for a returns number. If you do not inform us by email within 3 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.

• Unfortunately, due to “Health & Safety” laws earrings cannot be returned unless goods returned are faulty. This does not in any way affect your statutory rights.
